Cancellation Policy • Effective April 12, 2023
The purpose of this change is to ensure a stable income for our team by providing predictability in their schedules.
Less than 24 hour notice?
Missing an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service cost.
Missed appointment?
No notice prior to missing an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost.
Late?
Late guests' services may be shortened and charged in full.

A credit card will be required at the time of booking.
Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to book massage, skincare, waxing services. Guests under the age of 18 are required to have a legal guardian present for the entire duration of the service.
