Whether you are a returning guest to Lori’s Salon and Day Spa or you are a first-time guest, we look forward to serving you! As the world has changed, we have also changed the way we conduct business. We have implemented strict guidelines for our guests and staff to follow in order to deliver your services in the safest possible way. Please make sure you read this email and the attached document thoroughly as they provide important information you need prior to coming in for your appointment.
2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will also receive a text, email, or phone call confirming your appointment. Credit card payment is encouraged for services and products however you may give cash or a check tip to your therapist or stylist.
THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
On the day of your appointment, please stay in your car. We will call you when it is time to come in. Please feel free to call us 715-425-9393 if you haven't heard from us. Our staff will greet you at the front door entryway or receptionist area. Special needs guests may still use the back door.
Face coverings/masks are recommended according to the CDC guidelines. You may enter wearing your own mask as long as the mask is 100% clean. If you need a mask/face covering, we will provide one for you. We have reusable cloth face coverings/masks washed according to CDC guidelines for you to use, or you may purchase a disposable mask for $1.00. Since it is not possible to practice social distancing of 6 feet during your service, face coverings are vitally important to protect both you and our staff.
Our staff will be directing you to either apply hand sanitizer or thoroughly wash your hands for 20 - 30 seconds before you receive any service. We will also be taking your temperature and you will then complete and sign a copy of the attached form. We are also taking temperatures of all our staff members daily to follow recommendations.
Please note, if you are receiving a color service, there may be an extra charge for color due to the amount of time since your last appointment. We may need to ask you to come in with damp, freshly washed hair and we might not be able to blow dry your hair depending on the evolving State Regulations.
If you do need to purchase products on the day of your visit, a staff member will assist you. We are also offering convenient curb-side pick-up of our Aveda products with pre-payment at the time you place your order.

Due to safety precautions, we have divided our staff into teams, and we will be staggering appointments to keep the number of people in the building to a minimum.
We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever-changing, they will require constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
