Kindly provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 50% of your treatment cost for missed appointments.

When scheduling 2 or more services, a credit card may be required.

We ask that our clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our very best to accommodate every guest, however, depending on circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medication to your treatment specialist as some services may have contra-indications.

Additional water is highly recommended to help cleanse the body after a spa treatment.

In order to continue your spa experience at home and to obtain the best results, please welcome professional recommendations from our treatment specialists.

Remember to turn off cell phones and pagers.
